Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Swatcher to help us ensure the quality of our products before they reach the market. The successful candidate will be responsible for thoroughly inspecting the products for any defects or inconsistencies and ensuring compliance with quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products conform to design specifications and customer requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with production and design teams to discuss quality findings.
• Perform colour consistency checks and support dyeing processes.
• Identify trends in defects to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Textile Science, Quality Management, or related field

Experience

• 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

Technical Skills

• Color Matching
• Statistical Process Control

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Organizational Skills

Certifications

• Certified Quality Auditor (CQA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Knowledge of dyeing and finishing processes: Understanding of textile dyeing and finishing techniques.
• Experience with sustainability practices in textile production: Exposure to sustainable manufacturing practices and eco-friendly materials.
