Responsibilities

• Establish KPIs for e-commerce performance and ensure targets are met.
• Drive initiatives for enhancing website accessibility and mobile responsiveness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve logistics and fulfillment strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure product availability.
• Analyze customer feedback and implement necessary adjustments to strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Master’s degree strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in e-commerce or related fields
