Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online strategies and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of online retail best practices, exceptional analytical skills, and a track record of managing successful e-commerce initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage promotional campaigns to attract and retain customers.
• Work with IT and web developers to enhance platform performance.
• Lead A/B testing and conversion optimization initiatives.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking reports.
• Provide training and support for team members on e-commerce best practices.
• Ensure compliance with digital marketing regulations and standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Master’s degree strongly preferred

Experience

• 5+ years' experience in e-commerce or related fields
