E-commerce Manager

Job Description

We are on the lookout for an E-commerce Manager who will be responsible for driving online sales and managing our digital marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms and be able to implement effective marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the e-commerce platform and digital marketing strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Work with product teams to ensure accurate and appealing product presentation.
• Implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic.
• Develop partnerships with influencers to enhance brand visibility.
• Analyze sales data to forecast future sales trends and recommend actions.
• Ensure customer feedback is addressed promptly to improve service quality.
• Train and mentor team members on best practices in e-commerce management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing

• E-commerce Platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
