Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Environmental Scientist to join our team in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental science and a passion for sustainability. This role involves conducting fieldwork, analyzing data, and preparing reports on environmental conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead environmental assessment projects from initiation to completion.
  • Perform statistical analysis on environmental data.
  • Coordinate site visits and assessment protocols.
  • Review and validate findings to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Facilitate workshops and training related to environmental practices.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on environmental issues.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or Ecology
  • Master's degree in Environmental Policy is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years of related experience in environmental assessments.
