UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a talented UX/UI Designer to join our vibrant team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will work closely with product managers and developers to create user-focused designs that meet business goals and enhance user experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of design principles, user research, and usability testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from concept through to execution.
• Utilize design thinking methodologies to solve complex design problems.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure brand consistency across platforms.
• Create and maintain design documentation for reference and implementation.
• Engage with users to validate design decisions and iterate.
• Mentor junior designers and help foster a collaborative design environment.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a tech environment

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
