We are looking for an experienced Men's Basketball Coach to lead our programme. The ideal candidate will be passionate about basketball, with a proven track record in player development and excellent coaching skills. You will be responsible for training our men's team, creating the best game strategies, and fostering a culture of success and sportsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive training sessions tailored to individual player needs.
• Lead scouting and recruitment efforts for talent acquisition.
• Evaluate player performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Coordinate team-building activities to foster unity and teamwork.
• Analyze game footage to refine strategies and prepare for opponents.
• Strengthen players' physical conditioning and mental resilience.
• Encourage a culture of discipline, sportsmanship, and growth.
• Engage with parents and the community to promote the program.
• Implement recovery protocols and injury prevention strategies.

Requirements

Education

• Level 2 or above Basketball Coaching Certification
• Bachelor's degree in Sports Science or related field preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of coaching basketball at a competitive level.
