Responsibilities

• Develop and execute structural design projects from concept to completion.
• Work closely with various teams to assess project requirements and develop design solutions.
• Monitor project progress and make recommendations for schedule improvements.
• Perform site visits for quality assurance during construction phases.
• Prepare cost estimates and assist with project budgeting.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and clients to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose solutions to mitigate structural issues.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Structural Engineering or similar discipline
• Master's in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in structural design and project management
