The ideal candidate will be experienced in using motion capture technology to create high-quality animations for video games and films. You will collaborate closely with our animation and development teams to bring characters and scenes to life. Responsibilities

• Create lifelike animations by implementing motion capture data accurately.
• Collaborate with various department teams to develop cohesive animation projects.
• Monitor and optimize motion capture settings for best results.
• Facilitate workshops for the team on motion capture techniques and software.
• Ensure that all animations align with the overall artistic vision of the projects.
• Contribute to the development of training materials for new team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Game Design
• Master's degree in Animation or related field is preferred

Experience

• 4+ years of experience in animation production and motion capture

Technical Skills

• 3D Modeling Software
• Unreal Engine

• Attention to Detail
• Problem-solving

Certifications

• Unity Certified Developer
• Advanced Motion Capture Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Background in game design: Experience in game development processes and principles.
