Job Description

We are in search of a Healthcare Administrator to oversee daily operations and administrative functions within our healthcare facility in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and promote efficient management practices.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations and ensure compliance with legal standards.
  • Manage patient flow and ensure timely services delivery.
  • Develop training programs for new and existing staff members.
  • Ensure efficient handling of patient inquiries and complaints.
  • Work alongside medical professionals to enhance service delivery.
  • Conduct audits to assess compliance with healthcare policies.
  • Prepare reports for management on operational efficiencies and challenges.
  • Coordinate equipment maintenance and inventory management.
  • Enhance the overall patient experience through effective communication.
  • Assist in formulating long-term goals for the healthcare facility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Healthcare Management
  • Master's degree in Health Services Administration is preferred
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in healthcare administration or management
