As a Dentist at DentalWorks, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dental care to our patients. We are looking for a qualified dentist who is dedicated to improving the oral health of our community. You will perform various dental procedures and establish strong relationships with patients to promote a positive dental experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform dental procedures such as tooth extractions, crowns, and bridges.
• Create treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Monitor and manage patient pain during procedures.
• Guide and mentor dental assistants during procedures.
• Participate in ongoing professional development training.
• Implement infection control standards in all procedures.
• Provide a comforting and empathetic environment for patients.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's in Dentistry
• Postgraduate qualifications in Dentistry would be advantageous.

Experience

• 3+ years in general dentistry or a specialized field

Technical Skills

• Oral Surgery
• Preventive Care

Soft Skills

• Time Management
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Sesotho: Intermediate
