UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate UX/UI Designer to join our creative team in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience for our digital products.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from conceptualization to final handoff to development.
• Utilize design software such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD to create stunning user interfaces.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to align design solutions with overall business goals.
• Conduct A/B testing and analyze user interaction data to inform design improvements.
• Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
• Master's degree in Design is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a proven portfolio

Certifications

• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
• Google UX Design Certificate

Languages

• English: Fluent
