We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR department in Durban. The ideal candidate will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management to support our strategic goals.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain discipline and classroom management protocols.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.
• Engage students in meaningful learning experiences that promote critical thinking.
• Document and maintain accurate records of student evaluations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a related subject
• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) preferable

Experience

• At least 3 years of teaching experience preferred
