Responsibilities

• Innovate new processes and production strategies.
• Lead small engineering teams on specific projects.
• Benchmark performance against industry standards.
• Design experiments for process development and improvement.
• Identify opportunities to increase cost-effectiveness in production.
• Build relationships with suppliers for raw materials and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals and bids.
• Maintain compliance with local and international laws in chemical processing.
• Engage in ongoing professional development and education.
• Support safety audits and inspections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant area
• MBA or other relevant higher qualification is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical Skills

• Process Simulation Software
• Chemical Safety Analysis

Soft Skills

• Leadership

Certifications

• Certified Chemical Engineer (CCE)
• Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
