UI Designer

Job Description

As a UI Designer, you will be instrumental in the design process from ideation to implementation. This position requires an eye for detail, creativity, and proficiency in design tools to ensure seamless user experiences in our digital products.

Responsibilities

• Use design tools like Figma or Adobe XD to create high-fidelity prototypes.
• Collaborate with project managers to prioritize design deliverables.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to gather team input on design solutions.
• Assist in developing user interface animations to enhance interactive elements.
• Continuously improve designs based on user analytics and performance indicators.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their work.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction (HCI)
• Master's degree in Design is a plus

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design

Technical Skills

• InVision
• Wireframing tools

Certifications

• UX Certification from a recognized institution

Languages

• English: Fluent
