Responsibilities

• Engineer new processes and improve existing ones to meet production goals.
• Conduct thorough analysis and testing of chemical processes to reduce waste.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation for production lines.
• Develop risk assessments for new processes and technologies.
• Assist in the documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Train junior engineers and interns in process engineering concepts.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of industry advancements.
• Compile and present findings to management for strategic decision-making.
