Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a key role in our Johannesburg office, ensuring efficient management of healthcare services. You will be responsible for supporting the healthcare team, improving patient services, and managing administrative tasks effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise administrative support staff and ensure effective workflow management.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of patient admissions and discharges.
  • Cultivate a patient-centered service environment for optimal patient satisfaction.
  • Work with healthcare executives to develop strategic plans for operational improvement.
  • Assist in policy development and implementation for better patient care.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare vendors and stakeholders.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare management
