As a Data Analyst, you will dive deep into data sets, extracting insightful trends and presenting findings to support strategic planning. Your analytical skills will be crucial in helping us understand our customers' needs and enhancing our services.

Responsibilities

• Designing efficient data collection systems to support analytics.
• Monitoring performance of data analytics tools and recommending improvements.
• Working with marketing to analyze customer behaviour and trends.
• Conducting training sessions for staff on data usage and interpretation.
• Creating comprehensive documentation for data processes.
• Evaluating and integrating new analytical tools and technologies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Mathematics or Statistics.
• Master's degree in Data Science preferred.

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in analytics or business intelligence roles.

Technical Skills

• SPSS or similar statistical software
• Data mining

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational
