Job Description

We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our Johannesburg team. This role is crucial for supporting our financial planning and analysis activities, providing insights that will drive business decisions. As a Financial Analyst, your analytical skills will enable you to assess financial data, prepare reports, and suggest actionable insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis using a variety of tools and methodologies.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements and evaluations for stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain effective financial models and dashboards.
• Support the budgeting and financial planning processes.
• Assess financial performance against benchmarks and communicate results to management.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to streamline financial processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Master's degree or CFA is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis or related field
