Pump Service Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Pump Service Supervisor to lead our team of technicians. This position entails developing maintenance strategies, managing inventory, and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of pump technicians to ensure timely and quality service.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of pump systems and maintenance protocols.
• Implement training programs for continuous team development.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Collaborate with management to optimize service processes.
• Evaluate team performance and implement improvement plans.
• Manage client communications regarding service updates and issues.
• Ensure compliance with both health and environmental safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• A relevant technical or engineering qualification or equivalent
• Supervisory or management qualifications will be an advantage

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pump services industry

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in water treatment or mining industries: Hands-on experience in industries where pump applications are critical.
