As a Security Operations Analyst with Tech Innovations Inc., you will analyse security data to inform and defend our systems against threats. Your daily tasks will include monitoring security incidents, developing reports, and managing responses to breaches. Responsibilities

• Utilise security information and event management (SIEM) tools to monitor anomalies.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to understand their security needs.
• Implementing automated monitoring systems to enhance threat detection.
• Evaluate and improve the company’s security operations and incident response processes.
• Advise team leads on security risks and recommendations for mitigation.
• Repeatedly simulate attacks to assess vulnerabilities in the system.
• Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to align security efforts with regulations.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar field
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred

Experience

• 3+ years in a security operations role

• Network Security

Certifications

• Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)

Languages

• English: Fluent
