We are seeking a talented Interior Designer to join our creative team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, an understanding of current trends, and the ability to translate client needs into beautiful, functional spaces. You will work closely with clients and collaborate with architects and contractors to deliver exceptional designs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design presentations and project meetings with clients and team members.
• Develop and oversee project budgets and schedules.
• Provide expert guidance on space planning and interior architecture.
• Implement sustainable design practices and solutions.
• Conduct market analysis to stay competitive within the industry.
• Gather feedback from clients and make necessary adjustments to designs.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture
• Master's degree is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in residential and commercial design

Technical Skills

• Rendering Software
• 3D Visualization Techniques

Soft Skills

• Attention to Detail
• Client Management

Certifications

• Registered Interior Designer (RID)
• LEED Accredited Professional

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Proficiency in BIM (Building Information Modeling): Experience with BIM software for integrated project delivery.
