As an IT Support Technician, you will play an essential role in ensuring our technology systems operate smoothly. Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to employees and assist with hardware and software issues.

• Assist with onboarding new employees in relation to IT systems and support.
• Manage IT inventory and ensure necessary supplies are ordered on time.
• Engage in continuous learning of new technologies and solutions.
• Participate in IT projects and contribute ideas for improvement.
