UI Designer

Job Description

We need a talented UI Designer who will be responsible for crafting intuitive interfaces for our applications in Johannesburg. You will engage in all stages of the design process, from ideation to execution, whilst collaborating with various departments to ensure a cohesive user journey. If you're passionate about enhancing user engagement and creating meaningful design experiences, this role is for you!

Responsibilities

• Define design guidelines and establish standards for interface design.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Conduct usability testing to optimize user interface interactions.
• Assist in the maintenance of design documentation and specifications.
• Engage with stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.
• Contribute to a culture of innovation, sharing new ideas and creative solutions.

Advantageous

• Familiarity with animation tools for UI: Experience with tools like Principle or After Effects for design animations.
• Background in front-end development: Proficiency in CSS frameworks to better communicate with developers.
