This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, assisting users in resolving their technical problems, and maintaining IT systems in an efficient manner. Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure for optimal performance.
• Conduct regular checks on network security protocols.
• Assist in the development of IT policies and procedures.
• Provide support for software updates and installations.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by delivering the highest level of support.
• Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles

Technical Skills

• Microsoft Office Suite

Certifications

• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Xhosa: Basic
