UX/UI Designer

Job Description

We are on the lookout for a creative UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for designing user-friendly interfaces that enhance user experience across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring your designs to life. If you have a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and proficiency in design tools, we’d love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers to understand user needs.
• Utilize design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD effectively.
• Provide support for developers during the implementation phase.
• Create a cohesive and engaging user experience across all products.
• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate competitors and market trends to inform design strategy.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
• Relevant certifications are highly advantageous

Experience

• 3+ years working in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group

Languages

• English: Fluent
