Job Description

Are you tech-savvy and customer-oriented? As an IT Support Technician at Tech Firm, you’ll be at the forefront of providing technical assistance and support to our clients. You will diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to technical inquiries from employees and clients.
• Document and maintain detailed records of support requests.
• Provide training and support for staff on IT policies and best practices.
• Ensure effective communication with all stakeholders regarding IT services.
• Work with external vendors for repairs or services not handled in-house.
• Support network configurations for LAN and Wi-Fi installations.

Requirements

Education

• Relevant diploma or certificate in IT or related field
• A+ and N+ certifications are a plus

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or technical troubleshooting
