Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Sewing Machine Operator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining liner machines, ensuring the production of quality products. The ideal candidate will possess a keen attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and perform quality inspections.
• Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on machinery.
• Work alongside the production team to meet daily targets.
• Report any mechanical issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Document production output and any defects.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate preferred

Experience

• No prior experience required; however, experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is advantageous.
