We are seeking a motivated Electro-Mechanical and Mechatronics Technologist to monitor and maintain manufacturing processes and equipment. You'll be responsible for troubleshooting issues and developing process control plans to enhance efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards in all operations.
• Assist in the development and evaluation of new technologies and equipment.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document system modifications and upgrades.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in process control or automation.

Technical Skills

• PLC programming
• SCADA systems
• AutoCAD

Certifications

• Certified Automation Professional (CAP)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in robotics and CNC machines: Hands-on experience with automation systems and robotics.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles: Understanding of Lean principles to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
