Job Description

As a Retail Manager, you'll coordinate store activities, manage inventory, and inspire your team in Durban. We're looking for someone with a strong retail background who can drive sales and implement effective strategies to meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective management and customer engagement.
• Recruit, train, and onboard new staff members.
• Conduct weekly team meetings to align on objectives and strategies.
• Manage budgets and financial reports, ensuring cost management.
• Analyze customer feedback to improve service and product offerings.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and guidelines.
• Prepare reports on team performance and sales metrics.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business, or a related field

Experience

• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
