Responsibilities

• Oversee the scale-up of processes from lab to production level.
• Monitor production processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Research and implement sustainable practices in chemical production.
• Work with other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated solutions.
• Participate in the training and mentoring of junior engineers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline
• PhD in Chemical Engineering is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the chemical sector
