We are searching for a talented Fashion Designer with a passion for creativity and innovation. The ideal candidate will lead the design process, from concept to final product, showcasing a deep understanding of current fashion trends. You will collaborate with a vibrant team, working on a range of clothing lines and collections.

Responsibilities

• Design collections that align with the brand identity.
• Conduct research on fashion trends and customer preferences.
• Collaborate with marketing to create promotional materials for new lines.
• Ensure designs are commercially viable and on-brand.
• Participate in photoshoots to showcase new designs.
• Assist in sourcing materials and managing supplier relationships.
• Lead the design team during seasonal campaigns and launches.
• Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Analyze consumer feedback to improve future designs.
• Support the merchandising team in visual presentation of collections.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in fashion design or a related field
