We are seeking a highly organized Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Durban. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating between teams, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Experience in the construction industry is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to ensure objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Engage with clients to gather requirements and feedback.
• Oversee job site management, ensuring work adheres to all safety guidelines.
• Advise on the selection of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and collaboration.
• Regularly review project performance and implement improvements.
• Assist in contract negotiations and agreement finalizations.
• Document project steps and processes for organizational learning.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Project Management or similar field

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing construction projects

Languages

• English: Fluent
