Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to evaluate and improve our manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and quality in production. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in streamlining operations and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate production schedules to identify delays and bottlenecks.
• Implement and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness.
• Coordinate with equipment suppliers for necessary upgrades.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives with a focus on safety.
• Design simulation models to test process changes.
• Support product development efforts by conducting feasibility studies.
• Facilitate training sessions for employees regarding quality standards.
• Enhance workflow processes to minimize waste and increase throughput.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing.
