Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Design and implement new operational procedures to enhance productivity.
• Collaborate with product development teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Analyze data to support decision-making regarding production planning.
• Lead projects aimed at efficiency improvements and waste reduction.
• Assist with the planning and design of manufacturing facilities.
• Engage with suppliers for continuous improvement in quality and reliability.
• Drive automation initiatives to enhance production capabilities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years in an industrial or manufacturing environment

Certifications

• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

Languages

Advantageous

• Project Management Certification: Certification in project management methodologies such as PMP or PRINCE2.
