Educational Services Provider is looking for a dedicated Tutor to support our Johannesburg learners. As a Tutor, you will provide guidance, assess student abilities, and facilitate personalized learning plans to improve student outcomes. Ideal candidates will have experience in one-on-one tutoring and a proven track record of helping students achieve their educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support to students in various subjects.
• Analyze and evaluate student assessments to direct future lessons.
• Promote student confidence through positive reinforcement.
• Engage with students to develop their academic skills and enhance their learning.
• Incorporate technology and innovative teaching resources into tutoring sessions.
• Establish and maintain relationships with parents and guardians to support student success.
• Evaluate and adjust tutoring approaches based on student feedback.
• Perform administrative tasks relevant to student progress tracking.
• Create a resource library of educational materials to aid student learning.
• Promote student accountability and self-discipline in their studies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Advanced degree in Education or Curriculum Development is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in tutoring or education roles
