UX Designer

You will be involved in researching user behaviors, creating wireframes, and collaborating with developers to ensure a seamless user experience. Responsibilities

• Identify user needs through research and competitive analysis.
• Generate high-fidelity prototypes and conduct A/B testing.
• Engage with users to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.
• Maintain documentation of UX processes and design rationale.
• Support marketing teams in creating promotional designs aligned with the user experience.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction

Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Usability Testing
• Visual Design

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Attention to Detail

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with front-end development: Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript can be advantageous.
