QA Tester

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a detail-oriented QA Tester to ensure the quality and functionality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of testing methodologies and will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve defects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain testing scripts and tools.
• Coordinate with project managers to prioritize testing tasks.
• Provide training and guidance to junior QA team members.
• Assess risks and impacts associated with software changes.
• Ensure compliance with standards and protocols in testing.
• Provide status reports and updates to senior management.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience

Experience

• 3+ years in similar testing roles

Certifications

• Certified Agile Tester

Languages

• English: Fluent
