Responsibilities

• Evaluate production schedules and recommend adjustments as needed.
• Facilitate cross-functional team meetings to discuss process challenges.
• Develop strategies for reducing waste and improving product quality.
• Engage in continuous improvement projects across departments.
• Maintain records of production performance metrics.
• Research and implement best practices in industrial engineering.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master’s degree is advantageous

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Lean Manufacturing

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Project Management Certification: Certification in project management can be beneficial.
