Job Description

As a Gambling Dealer, you'll manage and operate various card games such as poker, blackjack, and baccarat. You'll be responsible for ensuring fair play and providing excellent customer service to enhance the gaming experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the dealing of cards and ensure fair play at all times.
• Engage players and provide a welcoming atmosphere.
• Maintain knowledge of all game rules and strategies.
• Collaborate with other dealers and supervisors to enhance the gaming experience.
• Monitor gameplay to ensure compliance with casino policies.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate or equivalent
• Diploma in Gaming is preferred

Experience

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
