We are seeking a meticulous Internal Auditor to join our dynamic team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will support the execution of internal audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and enhancing operational efficiency. Your expertise will play a crucial role in identifying risks, evaluating internal controls, and making recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough audits to evaluate financial integrity.
• Collaborate with all departments to identify risk areas.
• Provide actionable recommendations based on audit findings.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Assist in training new auditing staff.
• Lead exit meetings to discuss audit results with management.
• Prepare and present audit summaries to stakeholders.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Master's in Business Administration is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in auditing is preferred

Certifications

• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
