General Engineer

Job Description

As a General Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and implementing engineering solutions. We’re looking for someone who is not only technically strong but also enthusiastic about driving projects to successful completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from conception through to implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design viability and manufacturability.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to enhance engineering processes.
• Assist in budget preparation and cost estimation for projects.
• Conduct site visits to observe operations and gather data for project assessments.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Support the development of junior engineering staff through training and oversight.
• Review and validate engineering designs against project specifications.
• Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate new product ideas.
• Prepare and present technical and project reports.

Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Engineering or relevant field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of engineering experience in design and project management

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
