Job Description

We are seeking a talented Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team in Cape Town. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive social media strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty across various platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate and drive social media content that captivates and converts.
  • Provide best practices for social media engagement and promotion.
  • Work with graphic designers and video creators for compelling visuals.
  • Organize and promote social media events and contests.
  • Implement customer feedback for product improvement and service.
  • Train and mentor junior staff on social media best practices.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust accordingly.
  • Collaborate with sales to enhance lead generation via social platforms.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or relevant field
  • Professional certifications in Digital Marketing are a plus.
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related role with proven success.
