Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in Cape Town, you will be pivotal in managing and resolving technical issues for our clients. You'll handle everything from setting up new computers to solving networking problems, ensuring all systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve support tickets in a timely manner.
• Provide support for various operating systems, including Windows and macOS.
• Assist in network maintenance and monitor the integrity of network services.
• Help users with basic IT issues and foster technical skill growth.
• Monitor and manage backups to ensure data integrity.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss ongoing projects and support trends.
• Identify areas for improvement in IT processes and user support.
• Foster excellent relationships with clients and coworkers.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Bachelor's degree is an advantage

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT support or related field
