Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics.
• Assist with the development of financial strategies.
• Prepare and submit tax returns and regulatory filings.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable tasks.
• Create financial models for forecasting and decision-making.
• Provide training and support to junior accounting staff.
• Regularly review and improve accounting processes.
• Coach team members to enhance efficiency and performance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CA, CIMA) preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
