• Respond to support tickets and user inquiries promptly.
• Provide on-site and remote assistance as needed.
• Configure and maintain operating systems and software applications.
• Collaborate with external vendors for technical support.
• Conduct regular system updates and backups.
• Support IT projects and initiatives within the team.
• Assist in developing and implementing IT policies.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies for the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support roles
