Responsibilities

  • Facilitate smooth daily operations and maintain quality standards.
  • Manage inventory and supplies for all hotel departments.
  • Develop and implement staff training programs.
  • Monitor and analyze guest satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensure all areas of the hotel are well-maintained and clean.
  • Coordinate events and functions held at the hotel.
  • Foster a positive work environment for all staff.
  • Lead initiatives for community engagement and corporate responsibility.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management
  • Professional certifications in hospitality are a plus
Experience
  • 7+ years of management experience in a hotel environment
