As a Travel Advisor, you will be the key point of contact for our clients, assisting them in planning and booking their travel adventures. Responsibilities

• Evaluate client travel requests and offer customized solutions.
• Handle booking changes and cancellations efficiently.

• Deliver travel presentations and promotional events as needed.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Report on sales performance and client feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Degree in Hospitality Management is preferable

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a travel agency or related field

• GDS and Booking Systems

Certifications

• Advanced Travel Consultant Certificate
• Destination Specialist Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Basic
