• Manage loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage.
• Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education

• Matriculation certificate
• Degree in Retail Management or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 4-6 years of retail management experience
