We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join our team in East London. This role involves designing, developing, and testing mechanical systems and infrastructure. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in mechanical principles and a passion for engineering innovation.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement mechanical components with a focus on performance and reliability.
• Lead design reviews and ensure design compliance with industry standards.
• Collaborate with procurement to specify materials and components.
• Assist in the development of budgets and project schedules.
• Mentor junior engineers in technical aspects of mechanical design.
• Analyze test data and prepare comprehensive reports on findings.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Master's degree in Engineering Management is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical design

• AutoCAD

Languages

• English: Fluent
