The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional aesthetic treatments, including facials, waxing, and skincare consultations. Responsibilities

• Evaluate client skin types and conditions to provide suitable treatment options.
• Offer effective communication to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Engage in resetting and restocking treatment rooms after each session.
• Conduct product demonstrations and workshops for clients.
• Collaborate with other spa professionals to enhance service offerings.
• Monitor client feedback and adjust services as necessary.

Requirements

Education

• Certification in Aesthetic Treatments

Experience

• 2+ years experience in an aesthetic clinical setting

Technical Skills

• Laser Treatments
• Massage Techniques

Soft Skills

• Empathy
• Adaptability

Certifications

• Microdermabrasion Certification
• Advanced Skin Care Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Knowledge of nutrition and wellness: Understanding of the effect of nutrition on skin health.
• Sales experience: Previous experience in retail or beauty product sales.
